  Appeal at the Administrative Appeals Tribunal

  If your application for a visa is refused, you may be able to appeal the decision. Similarly, if you have held a visa to stay in Australia and the visa has been cancelled, you may be able to appeal that decision to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT).

Appealing to the  Federal Circuit Court (FCC)  after a visa refusal or Cancellation 

  If your visa cancellation is affirmed by the AAT, that means that the AAT agrees that your visa should have been cancelled. If this is the case, you may be able to lodge a further appeal to the Federal Circuit Court (FCC).
